The Aims of Nicola's Fund...

• To improve the quality of life for children with cancer
• To provide support and help for the families of children suffering from cancer

About Nicola...
Nicola was beautiful, clever, talented, funny, warm, mischievous, brave and very kind. For three years she fought a courageous battle with a malignant brain tumour, before she lost that fight and died 5 days before her 15th birthday on April 20th 2005.

Despite her iillness Nicola was able to have a special holiday in Florida and to realise her lifetime ambition of swimming with dolphins. Whilst on this trip her thoughts were for the children who weren't able to travel great distances and enjoy the sights she had seen.

She also spent a wonderful week at Center Parcs where she enjoyed all the activities including riding a bike, riding a horse, crazy golf and swimming.

With this in mind, her family and friends decided to set up a fund, which will enable children who are suffering with cancer to have a special time and to aid their progress during this difficult period.

Nicola's love and concern for all other children will be continued...
