Jacobs Unique Memory Pot is a registered charity providing memory packages for sick and disabled children and their families.

We are a unique childrens charity who provide a personalised professional photography service to capture positive and special images for children who are challenged by life limiting health conditions

J-U-M-P is a charity in memory of a remarkable little boy, Jacob Hawthorn who was born with Muscular Dystrophy, a musclewasting disease that severely affects movement and mobility. He was such a brave and pleasant little boy who rarely complained, although he had a lot of illness to cope with, and his family worked very hard to remove barriers that got in the way of him living as normal a life as possible and took him on lots of trips so that he could experience lots of different things. After Jacob passed away on the 13th February 2004 his family found comfort in a wonderful collection of pictures and short films of his adventures and found them a real priceless treasure to cherish his memory.

The family thought what a wonderful tribute it would be to Jacob to set up a Charity to capture memories for other children who face health challenges.
