Children Today Charitable Trust
With your help, Children Today can provide vital, life changing equipment to children and young people living with disabilities. We believe the provision of specialised equipment has a direct and immediate impact on a child's quality of life and independence, and is vital in helping them to overcome obstacles and achieve their potential.
Equipment can include wheelchairs, walking frames, tricycles and other mobility aids; computers, communication aids, multi-sensory equipment and other information technology; seating, sleeping and bathing aids and educational toys. An essential piece of equipment can make the world of difference, helping in a range of practical and social situations.
Children Today relies totally on voluntary donations, we receive no funding from the government or social services. There is no statutory right for young people with disabilities to be provided with the equipment they need by the Government or the NHS, so we fill that gap. We provide this service for children and young people right up to the age of 25.

Celebrity Support for Children Today
Regular supporter and Patron of the charity, Timmy Mallett, has surprised us yet again, this time introducing his friend and Radio 2 DJ Chris Evans to Children Today. Timmy recently painted a portrait of Chris's young son, Noah. Chris and wife Natasha are delighted with the portrait, so delighted that they wished to make a donation to a charity of Timmy's choice.
