Age Concern Wirral exists to promote the well being of older people in the whole of the Metropolitan Borough of Wirral helping to make later life a fulfilling and enjoyable experience.

We believe that each person has a right to a life, which maintains their personal independence, safeguards their privacy, offers genuine and informed choices, and provides opportunity for them to enjoy and contribute to the community as fully as possible, and meet their social, spiritual, cultural and individual needs.

New Wing Appeal Fund

 We are now having to respond to rapidly increasing demands on Wirral by extending our building and adding a new wing
This wing will cater specially for younger people who have Dementia who are often more physically active and their needs are very different to the more elderly.

This new building will make a major difference to the lives of people under 65 with dementia and will enable us to provide more support to their families and carers. We really hope that people will support our appeal so we can start providing this valuable service to the local people as soon as possible.
